SBL Athletics has been my new favorite place for intense and varied training for almost six months now. The diverse coaches provide heartfelt and expert guidance, and I'm always motivated and welcomed with enthusiasm every week. Thanks to SBL, I was ready for my first Hyrox after just three months.
