Visiting is always a pleasure thanks to the happy and helpful employees, especially the highly professional Brazilian gentleman who puts the customer first. He is very knowledgeable, ensures age compliance, and is always enjoyable to talk to. The cigar selection is great and of good quality, though it's a shame the imported ones are expensive—a fault of Irish laws.

This amazing bookstore always has the books I need, and if I can't find a particular one, I can always order it at the desk. The staff are lovely, genuine people; I know a few familiar faces there and I'm always happy to see them.

Piazza Riforma is a lovely place to wander, attracting many tourists. It offers plenty to do, from enjoying quality food to spending time with friends.

This is the only game I play here, and my rating is based solely on this machine. I always score 100%, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to perform. The left gun is badly out of calibration—you couldn’t hit an elephant right in front of you. Every shot missed, and the staff was clueless when I asked for a refund. The right gun is calibrated, but a second layer of plexiglass over the viewing window creates noticeable blurriness. I still got 100%, but it affects precision. For anyone wanting to master this game: don’t press your face to the sight. Lean back with your arm outstretched, let the support bar hold you, and align the sights from there to eliminate parallax. Management really needs to service this machine; the faulty hardware is dragging down the entire experience.

This is a nice and convenient place with a view of the most beautiful train station in Spain.

Super Service

A warm welcome with top-notch service, including helpful assistance for those with reduced mobility. The freshly made sushi was well presented, and the soup was perfect—not too salty. All the staff were friendly. While no one speaks Luxembourgish, it's a favorite for lunch and their delivery service is well handled. They also earn praise for their environmentally friendly switch to recycled paper bowls instead of plastic.

The bicycle storage has limited capacity and is only accessible via a one-way street, with parking availability dependent on traffic and population.

Mercantile is a warm and wonderfully curated blend of shop and café, offering carefully chosen goods and friendly service. Its shelves are filled with high-quality local products, artisan foods, and unique gifts not found in big chains. The knowledgeable staff are happy to share recommendations in the calm, stylish atmosphere, making it perfect for browsing or a coffee break. It's a must-visit spot for something special in the area.

We have been working with the Accounting Studio team for some time and are very satisfied with their accounting services. We recommend them.

Unfortunately, I cannot upload a photo, but the shower requires thorough disinfection. The showerhead is covered in black mold and infested with drain flies, and the right-hand one is certainly present and very dirty upon our arrival.

The store's location on Google Maps is incorrect, placing it in the middle of an intersection and making it practically impossible to find.

The hostel rooms are new and clean, equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, satellite TV, WiFi, and a working fancoil for cooling. The property has a garden with a football field and a green park with seating. Vending machines and a nearby grocery store are available. While the location in the garden of the Izida ice cream factory can be a bit noisy, closing the door blocks the sound completely. Note that access is only convenient by car, and it's advisable to bring everything you need from the city.

I highly recommend the medical center for its super service, as well as Dr. Jacek Porycki. I had a carpal tunnel procedure there. The doctor has a very good approach—he explains everything, answers questions, and is nice and polite.

This is a very good gym, but they don't have warm water in the showers.

I loved it—it's a great, affordable place with free parking and quick access to everything. You have your own bathroom, and there are plenty of spots for food and drinks. Just be sure to check with Izida Hotel first to see if you need to pick up your room key there before going to Hostel Izida 2.

Skip the ticket unless you have a specific reason to go inside; without Hungarian, there's little to see. The Metropolitan Ervin Szabó Library offers far more interesting architecture for your money.

Excellent service! The representative expertly handled all insurance details and coordinated the windscreen replacement with the dealer to ensure proper wiring checks. The work was completed on schedule as promised. This was our second experience with McCarthy Windscreens, and I highly recommend them.

Reform Square is the heart of Lugano's old town, a pedestrian-only area just across from the lake promenade featuring several bars, restaurants, and a nice Town Hall.

I have been a customer of the bank for years and am overall satisfied with the service, but I can only give two stars due to the attitude of one employee, Joanna. She behaves unkindly, arrogantly, and naggingly, which repels customers. This is not what is expected of someone in her position.
