I paid CHF 20 per ticket plus CHF 13 for popcorn and a bottle of water. The chairs are uncomfortable and have no headrests, and there were a few flies inside the room. The armrest of my seat was coming loose, and during the break there is no timer showing when the movie starts again. Honestly, I just expected this cinema to be a bit better maintained. I find CHF 33 for this “service” kind of embarrassing.

This cinema needs to normalize its popcorn situation. We come regularly but sweet popcorn is never available—not once have we been able to order it, so why list it on the menu? The salty popcorn is always pre-packed and not fresh, left uncovered, so it’s never crunchy and just feels like chewing a weird salty texture. It’s bizarre that a cinema has problems with popcorn.
