I have been a customer of the bank for years and am overall satisfied with the service, but I can only give two stars due to the attitude of one employee, Joanna. She behaves unkindly, arrogantly, and naggingly, which repels customers. This is not what is expected of someone in her position.
The service is unacceptably slow, with long waits even for just a couple of people ahead of you. Staff are often distracted by their phones or inefficiently have multiple employees handle a single customer.
