I went there to get my criminal record check, and the help I received every step of the way when I arrived with a small child in a stroller was truly wonderful. Every employee helped me through the doors to make it easier for me to get through, exit, etc. I didn't have to wait to get my document, the lady just redirected me directly to the desk. I'm truly grateful, because people are so different, and sometimes I have to struggle with the stroller myself, not to mention the impatience of the baby. Thank you :)

To collect a certificate of good conduct – I highly recommend it! The security guards at the entrance are very polite and show you where to go with a smile. A very friendly man stands next to the ticket machine and helps you with collecting your ticket and paying for the court stamp, if necessary. The women who issue the certificates are also very nice. Everything goes very smoothly; I wish every institution operated this way.
