This was the worst experience I have ever had, and they are not pet friendly. I arranged a delivery for the next day and agreed to leave my keys so the driver could make the delivery while I was not at home. During a phone call with Thomas, I clearly explained that there was a pet in the house and that under no circumstances should the pet be let outside. While we were speaking, he was taking notes and assured me that the message would be passed directly to the driver. The next day, the driver arrived and told me he had received no instructions regarding access to the house or the pet. Our pet is old, very nervous, and has never been outside. I specifically asked the driver if he had been informed about the pet, and his answer was no. I then called the shop, but the woman I spoke to did not apologise or show any concern about the situation. Very poor communication and customer service, and I would avoid this company.
