I'm a regular customer and thought it was time for a more detailed review. First of all, I want to emphasize that this is not a cheap, small car wash on the corner. It may be the most expensive in town, but it is worth the price because it is very centrally located and easily accessible—while the car is being cleaned, you can easily shop, eat, or quickly go to the bank. The appointment booking via the website is uncomplicated; the site may not be the most modern, but it works reliably, and I always book a week in advance and have never had trouble getting an appointment. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and fulfills every request. No matter which car I have brought in, I have always received the same high-quality service. It is important to note that interior cleaning is not the same as upholstery cleaning, deep cleaning, or vehicle detailing—they can't perform miracles, and a car that has been neglected for years with stains won't look like it came out of the showroom. All in all: more expensive, but absolutely recommended due to the location, service, and friendliness of the staff.

I took a freshly purchased car thinking they could do a more thorough cleaning than I did in the parking lot in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, they were wrong. The price is friendly and they are fast, but they did a particularly sloppy job. I wouldn't have minded paying one and a half or double the price if it was really thoroughly cleaned in return. After there was "mud" on the bottom of the plastic center console and I managed to throw my key in it, I was able to wipe the window button clean with the tip of my finger, so I didn't look any further. According to them, new guests don't deserve what returning guests do. I don't recommend it.
