Incredibly low service level. Does not inform their members sufficiently about procedures, etc.

Bad service. Left several messages but no call back. Unfortunately, it's probably because they're saving on employee costs.

Once I applied for a subsidy because I was in doubt about my income, so they gave me a job where I had to work for 300 hours even though I wrote that I didn't want any money from them anyway. Really bad unemployment insurance—stay away.

Very nice and helpful when you finally get through to them, but getting a hold of them has become completely hopeless over time—on the phone you are rejected due to too many calls, the chat function does not work anymore, and email has a response time of several days, so it does not work.
