Tchibo Filiale

I called the Tschibo call center and was put on hold; there was no direct number for the store, and they didn't call me back. When I visited in person, the staff were very competent, but the product was out of stock, so the trip and the associated CO2 emissions were wasted. A promised callback would have prevented a lot of unnecessary hassle. What a shame!

Thank you to the two lovely ladies who made me and my daughter a chai latte and cappuccino to go just before closing time ♥️

The young saleswoman was unfortunately very unfriendly, which seems to be a recurring issue at Tchibo based on other reviews, and it’s disappointing that nothing changes.
